Hour 1: Power in the Conversation

How authority shapes communication and how to enforce boundaries with clarity and steadiness.

Hour 2: Regulation & De-Escalation Under Pressure

How nervous system activation spreads, and how to remain grounded when others are not.

Hour 3: Ethical Decisions & Repair

How to make clear decisions when there is no perfect answer, and how to repair when something does not land as intended.
